To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and required information.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

When will my order ship?

All orders are subject to different processing time. There are some items that may take 2-2.5 weeks for production and delivery due to the customization of the items. There are also some items that are on hand and will ship within 2 days of purchase. All orders are processed in the order in which it was received.

After your payment is authorized and verified, orders can take 2-3 business days to process. This doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout before submitting your payment information. Shipping is $4.50 no matter what you order. Here at SV, we like to give back. So you pay $4.50 and we will cover the balance. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long is shipping?

At SV, we ship Priority by USPS and all shipment includes tracking. Arrival takes 2-3 days after package has been shipped.

Please note arrival times may take longer during holidays, bad weather and post office delays depending on the efficiency of your local post office. My package is delivered but I don’t see it

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process which can take up to 30 days. S&V does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.

My order says shipped but I received a refund?

If your order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for the items not in stock.
